Welcome ladies and gentleman to the spectacle which I like to call [420]Ryme.

My love for computers started when I was 10 years old and my step mother gave me an AT&T 486-66mhz running Windows 3.1. I took that thing apart and put it back together a hundred times. I remember upgrading to 8mg of ram for windows 95, but unfortunately the high school pot smoking years made me forget much more then that.

I dabbled in games starting with Doom 1 and Duke Nukem 3D and kept up with things until Unreal 2 and half life came out. Mostly First Person Shooters and racing games.

I have worked in the computer industry for 9 years now holding a verity of positions. My first job was working in a small tech shop doing onsite repair for 50 user or less networks (pretty much jack of all trade computer support). From there I went to a Linux/Unix based software company that made property management systems for Hotels. From there I went to another Property Management Software Vendor who made software for jails... haha kinda like hotels, but no check out date or mints on the pillow. (OMG they let RYME work on prison software!). I then worked in a Network Operations Center for a company "much like" The Weather Channel where I manage hundreds of systems and am getting back into the hardware side of things. Now I work for a small IT based company supporting a virtual environment project for the VA.

A few years ago my P4 2.0GHZ with 512mg of ram machine was finally getting old and to slow. So I set off on the adventure of buying a new PC. At first I thought it was just going to be another means for web surfing and light gaming but that all changed once I found SLIZONE. A few thousand dollars later and lots of blood sweat and tears I call myself a gamer... A high end kick ass performance frame rate smashing omg that computer gives me a hard on gamer. End of Story.

Ask me for help.. I try to answer all PM's as well... I can be a smart ass and I have a "Jersey" sense of humor but if you can see past that I'm a nice guy at heart.

Mr SLi GUI
Thanx man. That 9800pro was pretty sweet back in the day. I remember getting that thing and thinking, "dayum, this is fast!!" Wish I still had mine, haha.
