As this section is for "Pimp my Rig" i have some questions on making my rig a little more "Pimp"
I have added a few extra fans and cooling devices to my rig, like MOSFET heatsinks and higher CFM fans for chipset cooling, going for functionality and fancy. but there's one more thing i want to do a perticular component i have. The Ultra ChillTEC cooler. ![]() the cooling fan is my target. its a 92mm fan that has no user control what-so-ever. the Blue LEDs are nice on it, but it seems to act on its own. This is confirmed due to the actual TEC (Peltier) is constantly changing temperatures under load and idle. this unit is hooked to a rather flashy yet worthless single drive bay monitor device. (i have a door on the front of my case so i never see it.) the module has no real function other than to tell you a temperature and what type of load you have. (a little man digging a hole... no kidding) what I want out of this is a faster CFM fan. one that would work. i dont want to just slap any old 92mm fan in there and "Try it out", so If any of you guys know of a thread or have done this yourself, please let me know!
