Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager Event Category: None Event ID: 7026 Date: 8/12/2007 Time: 09:04:35 PM User: N/A Computer: DEMINSIONE521 Description: The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: nvatabus nvraid For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I bought 3 of these pc's to resell. 2 of the 3 get a garbled screen and lock up 100% at random. I cannot predict when it will happen at all. I noticed BOTH get the same event ID error in the system event log. I took a screen shot with my phone: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v688/mrc...rrent=broke.jpg How you see the screen shot is how it it looks. There is no movement of video at all. It is jut frozen like that. DELL said it was a bad mother board and sent a new one. I swapped it out and same issue. They are now saying no it is a video driver issue and we updated the drivers yet again. BUT we still get this event id every time we reboot. Dell says I need to as nvida about this that it is their problem. I searched on the net and seen a posting blaming JAVA so I uninstalled all of java from this pc. Would somebody be kind enough to help me get this resolved?? |
