8000 series drives and M:TW Options

There is a very serious compatibility problem occurring with all 8000 series drivers and Medieval: Total War. No, not the second one, the first.

I bought M:TW Gold Edition and while everything else seems to work fine in the game, moving troops on the battlefield is not possible. They move in the opposite direction you tell them to go. This goes for the setup phase and the actual battle.

I also tested the game out on another computer, just to make sure. It has a 6600GT and the problem was non existent. If other people with the 8000 series cards could please test this out, it would be appreciated.
