Hi everyone!

I have a "little" problem with the game:

http://a.imagehost.org/view/0474/Lol1
The problem occurs after 1,5-2 hour gameplay. Restarting the game or the computer didn't help. Windows xp sp3 Geforce 8600 GTS with the latest directx, driver and physx. There are a lot of people in the bioware forum who have the same problem with the same graphic card family(8600 GT or GTS). I hope someone could help me. :)

Other hardware specs, driver version (actual #), hardware temps @ idle and at load(after u play for that 1.5-2 hours and it does that) , and resolution please :) (mainly curious to see the 8600 mem and core temps). A quick fix would be to force shader model 2.0 (SM2.0)or lower. There are a few games that will do that with that gpu.

There is a topic about this over on the Dragon Age Origins forum. It seems that 8600, 8800, and 9800 GT*s all have this issue.
http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/88751/1

My own post on that thread:

I have the same issue, and alt-tabbing fixes it for a while, but eventually (after a few hours) it no longer has any effect. I was running on XP 32bit SP2, but after experiencing this and a hard crash of the card itself, I upgraded to SP3. The game is now playable, but only barely due to the issues everyone else here is noting.

DAO Patch 1.01
WinXP 32bit SP3
Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT
2.75GB RAM (of 4)
Intel Core2 Duo
PasteBin of my full specs via DxDialog: http://pastebin.com/m53bc34bf

I've been monitoring my GPU temp and it never goes above 52C.

Driver 6.14.11.9107

How is this done?

Thanks for any help. :)
