Try running as admin and compatibilty mode for Vista SP1.

That fixed the same issue for me with Win7 and Crysis.

I have tried all that and finally got Crysis to run, but only in a window, anyone know how to change that? I did the properties and checked maximize but no help there.
It is sort of pointless to have a 22 inch screen and only use half of it. By the way, my Windows Experience Index will not complete either. I can run the 3D tests with PC Matic, and most everything runs with no problem or lag. It is just that Windows doesn't know about it. Core i5, 8 gigs RAM, 250 OC with 1 gb RAM for it. Any pointers will be appreciated.

I have tried this and it still isnt working. im running an AMD 940 2 gtx 275s with 8gbs ram with win 7 64 bit pro. and It seems that if I change any options it just freezes...almost as if its not "talking" to my cpu.

same deal for me with a clean install of win 7, the fix was when you get to the options screen and it isnt full ( like it should be ) just hit alt enter that sets to full screen then it seems to stabalise it , I guess this will be fixed with the next driver release .... maybe

Have tried to start the game in DX9, make Option changes and then restart in Dx10 ?
