I read that some people have manged to clock their E4500 up to 3.6GHz!!

Now, I have no idea about overclocking so can anybody recommend any good How To's or links to sites where other's have done the same. I get the general jist that's it's all related to the FSB speed. I know my board can do 1333MHz so maybe I can ramp up my little lump of silicon?

Success!

I've gone from 2.2GHz to 3GHz with a .1 voltage increase keeping the temperatures between 48c to 60c
It's taken my 3DMark06 from 9820 to 12209.
My Widows (Vista) Experience Index went from 4.2 to 5.6

I'll try out the new configuration for a few days and then try racking her up to 3.2GHz

I found an article by Bennett Ring (stop sniggering) which specified how to overclock my processor in easy to understand steps! The article is here http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/747/747606p1.html and is specific to the 680i boards
