Ok, from what I can tell this, nvSCPAPISvr.exe, is tracked back to the stereoscope from Nvidia. Having said that if I leave my computer unattended for long hours and come back, this exe consumes about 10% more system ram then usual. About 1 gig extra.
What is going on here and is this something that Nvidia is aware of? I really don't use 3d much anymore so I might just remove it from my system. After restarting all is good again, but it is annoying. BTW, this issue just started with the 186 drivers. This even further leads me to believe that the 3d drivers are at fault here.
